Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download and usage of the TerraTanks applications on compatible Android smartphones. By installing and booting this app, you acknowledge that you agree to these terms in their entirety.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to play, simulate, and interact with TerraTanks for non-commercial amusement on devices you own and control, subject to compliance with these terms.

2. Virtual Tipping & Supporter Contributions

Any virtual tips, sponsor medals, or customizable ranks activated in the "Support Us" dialog are final.
Because these optional donations are used to fund continuing offline engineering and server compilation architectures directly, they are non-refundable in accordance with standard Google Play store developer return guidelines.
Supporter rewards do not yield operational game-altering combat privileges, keeping tournament physics honest.

3. Intellectual Property

The retro canvas designs, pixel maps, custom sound synthesis systems, game code interfaces, logos, and trademarks styled within TerraTanks remain the proprietary creative assets of the developer team headed by Brad Stuart. Reverse engineering or repackaging compiled APK assets under independent names is forbidden.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

TerraTanks is provided "As Is" without analytical guarantees. Under no legal mechanisms shall we be responsible for local storage losses, OS software latency shifts, or general ballistic failure scores.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by laws of Australia, without regard to conflicts of law criteria.
